Everyone is looking for online workouts to do at home. Something to, not only kill some time, but to stay active and help keep off the pounds! Celebrity personal trainer Erin Oprea shared the workout that Kacey Musgraves does when they have a training session!

She uses a method called Tabata. A 4 minute workout where you do an exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds!
