Bedford – Release

A Kingston man who lured dozens of young girls into performing sexual acts over the internet says he didn’t realize he was doing anything wrong.

29 year old Mark Bedford made the comment during a parole hearing earlier this month.  Bedford was denied parole.  The decision was based on the belief he was at a high risk of re-offending.

But will be released in late August after serving his entire second prison sentence.

Bedford was first convicted of sex crimes in 2008.

After he was released he was sent back to prison for breaching the conditions of his release.

The findings will be included in international treatment guidelines.

Researchers say the study would not have been possible without the participation of over 1800 women with breast cancer from Canada, Australia and the United States.
