15-518 spencer (2)Spencer is a 3yr old Brussels Griffon mix who came to the shelter as a stray. Spencer can be a little shy at first and will need some help building his confidence is new situations. A small-breed experienced owner with a mature household would be an ideal match for Spencer to help him adjust to his new life. Spencer is very sweet and would love to be a spoiled lapdog. Spencer would not be comfortable at the dog park and would prefer to be the only pet in his new home.
